Every Bequestra project begins the same way: with a conversation. We listen to what the family has, what they want to achieve and how much time they have available. From that, we agree a scope in writing and begin only when both sides are satisfied.
We do not impose a system — we adapt to your materials and your needs. Families who want a comprehensive approach and those who need only one area addressed are both well served.
Quality assurance is built into each project: every completed piece of work is reviewed internally before handover. We then walk you through what has been done, answer questions and confirm you are satisfied before considering the project complete.
Our work carries no advice that requires a professional licence. We organise, archive and educate. All outputs belong entirely to you.

A practical, administrative service that helps families organise their own personal and estate-related documents into a clear, labelled system, with folders, an index and safe digital backups. Purely organisational, with no advice and no document drafting. Ideal for keeping papers orderly and easy to find.
